They get you all hyped up and then charge you way too much for the product. The thing she keeps saying is that I'm not getting anything out of a vitamin if it's a pill. I totally disagree. For energy, take a B complex vitamin from your health food store. To prevent sickness, take echinacea off and on from your health food store.
